4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• Bonus wagering requirement: 20x (you must place bets totalling 20 times the combined bonus and deposit amount).
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• A member may use the bonus only once.
• Only one bonus applies per account, per device, and per IP address.
• If evidence of promotional bonus abuse is found, zwin7 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.2 VIP and Cashback Program

zwin7's VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progress through VIP tiers depends on regular and active participation on the platform. zwin7 reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP program at any time.

4.3 Promo Abuse Prohibited

Any form of strategic betting (such as placing opposing bets on the same game, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or using computer programs to play) will be considered a violation of bonus terms. If such activity is detected, zwin7 has the right to close the account and forfeit all balances.

5.1 Generally Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zwin7 platform:

• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of another person.
• Playing using any bot, script, or automated software.
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to place bets or manipulate outcomes.

• Communicating with other members or staff in offensive, threatening, or abusive language.

5.2 Consequences of Violations

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above, zwin7 reserves the right to take the following actions without notice: temporarily suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and pursue legal action if necessary.

6.1 Game Results and Technical Issues

All games on zwin7 are conducted through fair and impartial technology. If a game result is affected by server problems, loss of internet connection, or any other technical reason, zwin7 will treat the last correct result in its records as final. zwin7 is not obligated to pay out winnings that result from a technical error.

6.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute regarding a game result or transaction, you must notify our support team within 72 hours of the incident. zwin7's server logs and game records will be used as final evidence in resolving disputes. zwin7's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Interruptions and Restrictions on Play
